Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return any items you no longer require to us in Germany within 30 days of your order being dispatched. 

You will be refunded to the original form of payment. Please allow 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank, for your refund to post once the return has been processed.

Please note that the cost of returning the item by post is at your expense.
