How are orders shipped?

Our products are shipped with DHL.

When will my order arrive? 

The shipping time for deliveries within Germany is around 2-4 working days. You will be informed by email as soon as the goods leave the warehouse. You will also receive a tracking number that you can use to track the delivery.

How much does shipping cost? 

Shipping costs within Germany are 5.95 Euros per order. Shipping for deliveries outside Germany but within the EU is 13.95 Euros. Iceland, Norway and Switzerland are 19.95 Euros. Worldwide shipping is 39.95 Euros.

What if I want to return my order?

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me so that we can find a solution together. Small deviations in colour or irregularities in the grain of the wood are to be expected with wood products. Personalized items cannot be returned. Return costs will only be covered if we have inadvertently delivered an incorrect or damaged item.
